Effective April 2018 all clients will be required to hold their appointment for any cancellation/no-show fees.
ALL fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Your appointments are very important to BlueLeo and its team. We hold your appointments just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you please provide us with 48 hour notice. Failure to do so WILL result in additional fees.
Here is a breakdown of the cancellation/no-show fees:
*services $27 and under will be charged a $0 cancellation/no-show fee
*services from $28-$72 will automatically be charged a $25 cancellation/no-show fee
*services from $73-$123 will automatically be charged a $25 cancellation/no-show fee PLUS an additional 15% of the total service cost
*services from $124 & up will automatically be charged a $25 cancellation/no-show fee PLUS an additional 25% of the total service cost
** SO PLEASE NOTE THAT WHEN BOOKING MULTIPLE SERVICES, MULTIPLE CANCELLATION FEES MAY OCCUR**
ALL appointments must be cancelled within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment to avoid any penalty.
*CLIENTS WILL RECEIVE A 15 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD FROM THE TIME OF THEIR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. ARRIVING ANY TIME LATER WILL RESULT IN A $10 LATE FEE. IF A CLIENT IS ANY LATER IT MAY RESULT IN RESCHEDULING THEIR APPOINTMENT.
Any appointments taken outside of normal business hours will render an additional fee of $15-$25 depending on the service.
We always want you to be 100% satisfied with your services. If you are not 100% satisfied we ask that you contact us within 24 hours of your appointment so that we may schedule you to have your services corrected free of charge. Any issues reported longer than 24 hours from the original appointment date will not immediately be considered a redo but will be assessed on a case by case basis.
